The rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for a Christmas getaway. the bathroom was well-maintained and clean. We loved the fact that the hotel had a good Wi-Fi connection and plenty of sockets, making it easy to stay connected with friends and family during the holidays. the location was great as it was close to the main railway station and within walking distance of the main city attractions.
The worst aspect of the hotel was the lack of an elevator. Unfortunately, we had to struggle to carry our luggage up the stairs.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was very near the central train station and also close to the center of the city. This made it very easy for me to explore the city of Kharkiv. The hotel facilities were fantastic as well, my room was very clean and spacious, with brand new furniture. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Additionally, the breakfast brought to my room was quite decent.
Nothing, it was perfect.

This hotel offers a great value for the price. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the bathrooms are of a good size. the staff is friendly and approachable, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and near the main railway station. Guests can enjoy reliable wifi and breakfast served in the room. the hotel offers good facilities and advantages, including a safety system that requires three code combinations and a key to enter the building and access the room.
Some guests might find it inconvenient to carry a key fob with them to access the building and the room.

Had a lovely Christmas experience! The room was modern and comfortable, with a nice window view. The staff was friendly and prompt to respond to requests through messaging. The access system had multiple security measures, making it a safe place to stay.
The breakfast was limited, only two pancakes were offered. The towels were not very clean and there was a strange smell in the room.
